Teaching English to Aircraft Maintenance Students: Challenges and Needs

Aviation English is a specialized language mainly used in aviation, such as aircraft maintenance areas. Teaching usually faces more challenges compared with teaching general English. It pays attention to the specific needs of learners and context. Therefore, this study aimed discuss teachers students. Semi-structured interviews were conducted three from different aviation schools Malaysia. The data analyzed thematically managed by ATLAS.ti software. Overall, findings showed that face designing materials, activities, syllabi. was revealed there shortage textbooks materials on Another challenge related student's motivation proficiency teachers' excessive workload.
